# Your profile

> Your name, password, email address, language and appearance.

Open your profile from your initials at the bottom of the navigation.

## Your details

- **Display name**: the name colleagues see on comments, time entries and invoices.
- **Email address**: changing it sends a confirmation link to the new address; the change takes effect when you confirm. Until then you keep signing in with the old address.

## Password

Enter your **Current password** and a **New password** of at least 10 characters, then **Change password**.

## Language and time zone

**Your language** is English, German or the **Workspace default**. It applies to the app, your notifications and the documents you create. **Your time zone** sets how dates and times are shown to you.

## Appearance

**Light mode** or **Dark mode**, and the **Modern theme** or the **Classic theme**.
