E-invoices and the DATEV batch without extra tools
Every finalized invoice as XRechnung and ZUGFeRD, the VAT case decided per invoice, and a DATEV export for your tax adviser.
The problem
Business clients in Germany expect electronic invoices, public-sector clients want XRechnung, and the tax adviser wants a booking batch. Each is a separate tool and a separate evening.
How it works in workelligence
- 1
Finalize the invoice.
It gets its gapless number, your details and the client's are frozen, and the PDF carries the ZUGFeRD data embedded.
- 2
Download or send.
PDF (ZUGFeRD) or the XRechnung XML; Send goes out from your own mailbox.
- 3
Let the VAT case follow the client.
Standard rates for Germany, Austria and the UK, reverse charge within the EU, third-country supplies, small-business rule; unusual cases ask for confirmation before finalizing. A VAT ID can be verified against VIES.
- 4
Set up DATEV once.
Consultant and client number, SKR03 or SKR04, revenue accounts and tax keys under Settings → DATEV.
- 5
Export the month.
Reports → DATEV export produces the booking batch (EXTF 700); your adviser imports it.
