Time tracking that actually gets filled in
A timer while you work, a week grid that marks missing days, and last week copied in one click.
Example from the app: a week of logged time, day by day, with a running timer and the entries of the day.
The problem
Time is typed in from memory on Friday afternoon, rounded down out of politeness. The hours that never get logged never get billed.
How it works in workelligence
- 1
Start a timer on the task or the project.
Pause and resume; Stop creates the entry with the elapsed time. Only one timer runs at a time.
- 2
Fill the week in the grid.
One row per project, one column per day; a day without any entry is marked No time logged, and the same days appear in My Work under Missing time.
- 3
Copy last week.
The preview lists every entry with the day it lands on, marks what is already there, and Undo reverts the copy.
- 4
Mark what is billable.
Billable entries collect on the project as unbilled time; internal time counts for utilisation and never reaches an invoice.
- 5
Let the manager see the team week.
Time → Timesheet shows each person's week and whether it is complete.
