From enquiry to project without retyping
Every enquiry in one pipeline, a forecast by close month, and a won deal that becomes the project.
Example from the app: a deal moves from Qualified to Proposal sent, and the weighted totals of both stages update.
The problem
Enquiries live in inboxes and a spreadsheet, nobody knows what will close next month, and when a deal is won the project is set up by hand, budget and contacts retyped.
How it works in workelligence
- 1
Create the deal, or let the website do it.
New deal with Value, Probability, Expected close and Owner; a public form on your site creates deals in the stage you choose.
- 2
Move it through your stages.
Drag the card on the pipeline board; the column shows the sum and the weighted sum. A deal that sits too long is marked as stalled and appears in My Work.
- 3
Read the forecast.
Reports → Forecast groups open deals by owner and expected close month, weighted by probability.
- 4
Mark it won and convert.
One click creates the project with the deal's value as its budget; comments and files move with it.
- 5
Quote and start.
A quote from your catalogue converts to the first invoice when accepted.
