Your profile
Open your profile from your initials at the bottom of the navigation.
Your details
Section titled “Your details”- Display name: the name colleagues see on comments, time entries and invoices.
- Email address: changing it sends a confirmation link to the new address; the change takes effect when you confirm. Until then you keep signing in with the old address.
Password
Section titled “Password”Enter your Current password and a New password of at least 10 characters, then Change password.
Language and time zone
Section titled “Language and time zone”Your language is English, German or the Workspace default. It applies to the app, your notifications and the documents you create. Your time zone sets how dates and times are shown to you.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”Light mode or Dark mode, and the Modern theme or the Classic theme.
